The rent is weekly,
starting from Saturday after 4:00 p.m., ending the following Saturday before
10:00 a.m. In low season we also accept shorter stays (less than a week). Prices
include the use of hot and cold water, gas and electricity. Heating depends
on the use: a timer, installed in every apartment, indicates the hours of gas
consumption.

On your kindly
request, we'll keep your reservation for the period and the apartment chosen.
This reservation will be effective for 2 days, within which you'll fax us a copy
of the money transfer (50 %) for the rent, made according to our bank
